Amy C. Swan, Psy. D. provides expert opinions in the areas of Sex Offender Risk Assessment, Sexually Violent Predator Evaluations, Dependency Evaluations, Child Pornography Cases, Domestic Violence Issues, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  Dr. Swan has been serving as an expert witness and psychological evaluator in court-related cases since 1997.  She has performed hundreds of psychological evaluations in litigated cases and she has testified as an expert witness in criminal cases, civil cases, family court cases, dependency cases, and sexually violent predator cases.
